We had never sold a house before and were quite apprehensive. Kathi assured us from the beginning that she would handle everything and she did. From dislodging uncooperative tenets to handling repairs, to showing the house, to holding things together through 2 unsuccessful escrows she took care of everything masterfully. When the house fell out of escrow twice Kathi managed to have buyers under contract the same day. She was always positive, pleasant, honest and proactive. We love her. I had the good fortune to submit an offer on a short sale property about a year ago which I felt I didn't have a chance to get but submitted it through Kathi.
After about two months, to my complete surprise Kathi called me and stated that I was next in line since the initial buyer had dropped out. Kathi submitted my offer and even though it took almost six months my offer was accepted and we closed. I felt that Kathi really put herself out in helping me even though it was not a very expensive property. Kathi was interested in helping me, not in making a lot of money. Thank you Kathi!
Initially, we were unsure how to navigate the market when we sold a rental property and purchased another.
Our loan agent recommended Kathi; her crew of helpers made our transaction quick, clean, and profitable. We were very worried about jumping into these transactions without a good professional and planner at our side. We thought we were going to have to invest money in our rental property that needed all sorts of improvements before our sale, but Kathi said "No, you will not have to".
