I had the good fortune to submit an offer on a short sale property about a year ago which I felt I didn't have a chance to get but submitted it through Kathi. After about two months, to my complete surprise Kathi called me and stated that I was next in line since the initial buyer had dropped out. Initially, we were unsure how to navigate the market when we sold a rental property and purchased another.
